The fashion rooms are a new, and increasingly popular, set of auctions. They’ve cultivated a loyal fanbase on Tophatter which certainly tickles our fancy too!
We started the category with weekly Pre-loved Designer Handbags auctions which soon developed into general Designer Brands and now Name Brands, Totes & Shoulder Bags and more! Clothing…we all need it, right?
Our fashion auctions offer items from designer brand names to handmade artisan apparel to regular store brands. The options are endless.
Here’s what you’ll find and how to find it:
- Designer Brands: these auctions are a daily occurrence at 6PM PT. Items found in these auctions include handbags, clutches, wallets, sunglasses, scarves, clothing & footwear. Anything is fair game, as long as it’s a recognizable Designer Brand. Now, is there an exhaustive list? Not quite, but there is a list of widely popular brands that you can expect to be listed on Tophatter. The list includes names like Coach, Vera Bradley, Louis Vuitton, Dooney & Bourke, Juicy Couture, Betsey Johnson, Franco Sarto, Marc Jacobs, Tommy Hilfiger, Anne Klein, Nine West, Michael Kors, Etienne Aigner, Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren, Gucci, etc.
- Totes & Shoulder Bags: this auction was started originally as something summer-specific, but since it’s picked up traction and invites items other than Designer Brands, supply has been a wonderful selection of bags. It usually runs as a speciality auction at 7PM PT and you’ll find at least one each week.
- Name Brands: since there are so many name branded items out there, but don’t quite qualify at the luxury level of designer, we created this auction. The name brands or store brands that come to mind include: Levi’s, Banana Republic, Talbots, J. Crew, Coldwater Creek, Roxy, the Gap, etc.
